Our policies for returns and exchanges

Exchange Policy

  • The customer can exchange the product only if there is a defect, damage, or an issue with the size or color.
  • The product must be in its original condition, meaning unused and unwashed.
  • In case of any issue with the product, it will be exchanged for another item, and we will cover the shipping costs.

Return Policy

  • The product can be returned if it is in its original condition and unused.
  • If there is an error on our part (such as the product being damaged or not matching the order), we will cover the shipping costs.
  • If the customer wishes to return the product due to a change of mind, they must bear the shipping costs, and the product must be returned on the same day of delivery.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact our customer service at info@breathedemonity.com within 7 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return/exchange
  3. We will provide instructions for returning the item
  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your exchange or refund

Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
